An offer to acquire one or more lots can only be made via the Sale Agreement, which can be obtained from Maravu Resort Limited.  This includes the terms and conditions for all lot purchases.  All lots will be priced and sold in Fiji dollars.  All prices are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Maravu Resort Limited.  Once a Sale Agreement has been signed and accepted by Maravu Resort Limited, this price will remain fixed.
